2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We partner with global suppliers to deliver your products directly to your doorstep. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States, Canada, Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia, New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Other international locations: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local courier services.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over a specified amount (if applicable).

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate or calculated based on destination.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order anytime using the provided link.

Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.


5. Multiple Shipments

Since we work with multiple suppliers, your items may be shipped separately.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order contains more than one item.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


7. Delays & Issues

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather, logistics disruptions).

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team and we will assist you promptly.


8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
